Try removing/eliminate the fuel filter, sounds like it is vapor locking.  If that works, replace it with the small filter that only has a screen in it....it's usually red and is used with lawn mower engines that do not have a fuel pump, but also works if you have a fuel pump.  Sometimes those bigger plastic fuel filters will vapor lock after engine runs for few minutes.
